Melorep.com User Membership Agreement

This User Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed between www.melorep.com (“Site”) and ObiCreo (“Company”), regarding the use of the Site and all related digital services, and the individual who registers on the Site (“User”).

Any User who registers, visits, or benefits from the services in any way is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The individual who registers on the Site and benefits from the services.

 

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the User’s access to the services provided through melorep.com, the terms of use, and the rights and obligations of the parties within the membership relationship.

 

3. Membership Conditions

3.1. The User is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information in the membership form.

3.2. In cases where incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend or delete the related account.

3.3. The User may not share their membership information (password, login details, etc.) with third parties and is responsible for maintaining confidentiality.

3.4. The User is solely responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of their account by third parties.

 

4. Use of Services

4.1. The User may not engage in any activity or share any content on the Site that violates applicable laws, public morals, public order, or third-party rights.

4.2. The User may not use any software, bot, automation, reverse engineering tools, scraping tools, or any other method that could harm the system or lead to a security breach.

4.3. The User may not rent, sell, sublicense, or transfer the services provided on the Site for commercial purposes.

4.4. All software, design, data, text, graphics, images, and other content on the Site belong to the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

 

5. Paid Services and Payments

5.1. The Company may offer free and/or paid versions of the services provided on the Site.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to change prices and package contents for paid services.

5.3. By purchasing paid services, the User is deemed to have accepted the current prices and conditions.

5.4. Any additional fees or commissions arising from transactions processed through third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the respective provider.

 

6. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

6.1. The User’s personal data is protected under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

6.2. Data processing activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and Termination of the Account

7.1. The User may terminate their account at any time.

7.2. If the User violates the terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the User’s account.

7.3. After termination, content created by the User may be retained or deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

 

8. Disclaimer of Liability

8.1. The Site does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always accessible service.

8.2. The User cannot hold the Company liable for data loss, connection issues, or hardware failures arising from the use of the Site.

8.3. The User is solely responsible for the legality of all content uploaded to the Site.

8.4. The Company cannot be held liable for interruptions or failures arising from third-party services (API, payment provider, hosting services, etc.) integrated with the Site.

 

9. Amendments to the Agreement

9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

9.2. The updated Agreement becomes effective upon being published on the Site.

9.3. Continued use of the Site by the User constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

In case of disputes, Tekirdağ Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

 

11. Enforcement

By creating an account on melorep.com, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
